DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Snaira sells downloadable digital products only. No physical product will be packaged, shipped, or mailed, and no shipping charges apply.

After payment is successfully completed, customers will receive an email containing a link to download their purchased file. Download access may also be available from the order-confirmation page.

Most download emails are delivered shortly after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

If you do not receive your download link or experience difficulty accessing the file, please contact Snaira through the Contact page at https://snaira.com and include your order number.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address during checkout.
